Alex Gadotti
Managing Partner
Alex is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in management, M&A, strategy consulting, and pharma. He was the youngest partner at EY at age 28, where he led the European Strategy Group and co-headed the Technology Innovation Center in the U.S. He later served as Partner and co-CEO at Value Partners Latam overseeing global operations with over 5,000 employees and $500M in revenue. Alex also founded MPayMe, a pioneering mobile payments startup in Hong Kong, which was acquired by Powa UK in 2014. Most recently, he co-founded Park Avenue Capital, a Boutique Merchant Banking group based in NY and Miami.
Luca Longobardi
Managing Partner
Luca is a seasoned investment banker and venture capitalist with over 25 years of experience across New York, Miami, London, Milan, San Francisco, and Brazil. He began his career on Wall Street, rising to VP at Ladenburg Thalmann before founding State Capital, a merchant bank with over $10B in M&A transactions and $1B in AUM. An early tech investor since 1996, Luca scaled a $30M portfolio to $380M in three years. He is also the co-founder of Park Avenue Capital, a boutique Merchant Banking Group based in NY and Miami.

Carmine is the Founder & Managing Director of Multi Family Office (MFO) — a multi billion dollar asset management Family Office managing wealth in excess of $28Bn of renowned families from Europe & America. He was former advisor to Blackstone Private Equity Group, current advisor to Berkshire Hathaway Homecare Services & Board Member of Saudi Crown Holdings. A former Managing Director at KPMG New York. He is a certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. He holds a Master in Professional Accounting and Bachelor in Business Administration with Highest Honors from the University of Texas at Austin.

Serial entrepreneur and venture investor with 20+ years of experience in technology and venture capital. Co-Founder of Intelligence Data Venture, a global venture builder operating across Europe, the Middle East and the US. Former Managing Partner at Finint Investments SGR (VC fund backed by Finint Bank), now serving as Advisor. Co-Founder and shareholder of ICONIUM S.p.A., grown from €5M to €100M+ AUM; former investment committee member at Italian Angels for Growth and innovation evaluator for the European Commission.
